Education
My education trajectory has been what many call "nontraditional." I took a decade away from formal education and returned to college to finish my degrees in my thirties. It's my intention, upon completing my Bachelor of Arts, to continue my education for my Master of Fine Arts in creative writing.
That said, my learning has been ongoing. Curiosity is one of my driving values, and my education in the years away from college continued via hands-on experience, extensive and exploratory reading, and classes in my community.
Below is a snapshot of my "classroom" education, as it is more traditionally understood: courses taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors, in both formal and informal settings.
For details about my hands-on educational experience and "prior learning," see my work history.
